This Art Week, Awethentic Group held an exciting lineup of immersive events, blending together the world of art, music and technology. We started off the week with two immersive yoga sessions, produced by Awethentic Labs and hosted by Rosemary Vandenbroucke & Alex Lam. The sessions combined the beauty of yoga flow with immersive sound and visuals, and each had over 30 attendees at each session.

Next we held a Disruption Panel which featured DJ Dixon, Mad Dog Jones, Sunny Cheung from M+ and Gillian Howard from Digital Art Fair. With a full house of over 150 people in attendance, we discussed the emergence of new technologies like AI and NFTs and how they change the traditional art industry. The event was sponsored by our silver sponsor WAMS (When Art Meets Science), an intellectual skincare brand that combines art and science, by relying on the philosophical traditional concept of Yin & Yang with modern biotech.

We also held an immersive art invite-only lunch and dinner titled ‘REGENERATIV’ where we created unique culinary experiences that transcended the boundaries of traditional dining. The customised menu was created by Hung Yat Farm, Myumami by Tammie, Eiyoka, Famacy and Soho House. Over the meals, we showcased some impactful digital artworks and listened to a powerful performance by renowned violinist Olivia Dawn.

To close off the week, our dinner venue transformed into a nightclub for our Art Week After Party. The club featured some of the city’s best DJs including JULIE J, SUBEZ YETI, MENGZY, Uptown Rockers. With over 500 people in attendance, the club was packed and lit across the walls were LED renditions of artworks created by renowned artist, Beeple
